The Radisson Blu Hotel in Kigali offers a great location and friendly staff, making it a pleasant stay overall. However, the air conditioning didn't work well, resulting in a cold room, and the bathroom ventilation could use improvement. Some parts of the hotel's decor also felt a bit dated.

Exceptional staff and a comfortable stay topped with great amenities stand out. The atmosphere in the business lounge was impeccable, showcasing outstanding service, especially from attentive staff members. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, and the Hungarian beef stew was particularly noteworthy. However, some areas could benefit from minor improvements to enhance the overall experience.
